How do you ship the parcels?
The parcels are sent by registered priority post and I will provide you with the tracking number. More expensive items are insured as well.
In some cases the shipping cost may be lower than estimated, if that happens I always refund any shipping overages.
What happens if the parcel is lost?
In that case I will give you a full refund after 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
If the parcel gets lost because you provided me with a wrong address, I will be able to resend it or give you the refund (minus the shipping cost) only if the parcel gets returned to me.
Can I return the item?
Yes you can. Please contact me as soon as possible if you’d like to return your order. I will provide you with all the information then. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Condition of the items
All my products are hand painted, cut and sewn by me, so please allow for slight imperfections. Also the leather I use sometimes has natural marks and scratches.
