The parcels are sent by registered priority mail. More expensive items are insured as well.
Fragile items are packed in thick cardboard and secured in thick layer of wood wool. When appropriate

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:

Poland: 1 – 3 business days
North America: 1 – 4 weeks
Europe: 5-10 business days
Everywhere else: 2 – 6 weeks

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Tracking Information:

I will always give you the tracking number and to most countries parcels are fully trackable. However the cheaper shipping services (usually under 14 USD) to USA and Canada are trackable only within Poland. If you don’t see any tracking updates after it left Poland don’t worry, it doesn’t mean that the parcel is lost.
If it’s important to you to see the tracking information all the way down till the item gets delivered to you, please contact me before you buy.

Returns & exchanges

I accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All my products are hand dyed, cut and sewn by me, so please allow for slight imperfections. I always try to describe and photograph any flaws but if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase please contact me and I’ll try to find a solution.

Also the leather I use sometimes has natural marks and scratches.


What happens if the parcel is lost?

In that case I will give you a full refund after 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date.

If the parcel gets lost because you provided me with a wrong address, I will be able to give you the refund (minus the shipping cost) only if the parcel gets returned to me.

I received a damaged item

I pack the items very carefully, so hopefully it’s not going to happen. However if it comes broken or damaged please send me the pictures of the item and its inner and outer packaging as soon as possible. Depending on the damage I will give you a full or partial refund.
